What happens next

Pay in Stripe. Cancel there whenever you like.
Sign in to the dashboard with the same email. Then, optionally, inside Claude Code (the terminal tool) run /plugin install teamflow@macleodlabs and /teamflow:login. There is no key to copy.
Invite the team. Your welcome page carries the invite link. Each person you invite takes one of the organisation's seats; you pay for the seats, not them.

You pay for the people who report, not for the agents they run. Viewers are free, CI and your tracker connections need no seat, and use is fair use: nothing your sessions send is billed by volume, and heavy agent use is expected and fine. Use far beyond any normal team, or one machine's credential turning up on another machine, pauses reporting rather than anything worse — your board stays readable and nothing is deleted.
