Demo mode
TeamFlow is in a demo while it is being built. This page says what that gets you, what you should expect to be disrupted, and exactly what survives launch.
What the demo is
- Nothing to pay and no card to enter. Signing up gives you a month of reports free.
- The whole product. The board, the projects, the tracker connections and the plugin all work as they will after launch.
- A limited number of organisations. The demo is capped, so it may close to new signups before launch.
What to expect this week
The service is restarted regularly during this week's build phase. A restart is short. Reports made while it is down are queued by the plugin and delivered when it answers, so you do not lose work — but a page may fail to load and a board may be briefly out of date.
Nothing you have to do about it, and nothing to report unless it stays down.
What happens at launch
Launch does exactly one thing to your account, and nothing else.

To carry on reporting after launch, subscribe. Until you do, the organisation is still there and the board still reads; new reports have no credits to draw on.
The dashboard can tell an organisation that has run out of credits from one that has never subscribed, so you will be asked to subscribe rather than told you are over a limit.
The prices you will be subscribing to
They are on the pricing section of the home page and they are not changing at launch. One accepted report is one credit, and a repeat of an unchanged report is not charged again.
What the demo does not change
Everything on the terms of service applies during the demo as it does after it. In particular, all fees are non-refundable once you do start paying — see section 5 of the terms. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
